As a Senior Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Performance & Confidence Coach (BA Hons., DHP, DSFH, HPD, CNHC, AfSFH, MNCH Reg.), I offer both online and in-person support for adults – both neurotypical and neurodivergent – helping them manage anxiety, stress, and life’s many challenges.

With over 13 years of experience in therapeutic practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the public and private sectors. My expertise lies in empowering clients to overcome challenges such as stage fright, workplace stress, and public speaking fears, helping them develop resilience and confidence in high-pressure environments. I offer public speaking therapy with or without hypnosis, ensuring individuals can build confidence in a way that aligns with their preferences. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals in specialised fields, from elite athletes and professional performing artists (including live music, television, theatre, and conceptual arts) to professionals in civil service, law, and creative industries. I’ve helped junior doctors overcome exam anxiety and supported legal professionals in achieving a healthier work-life balance.

Beyond workplace and performance coaching, I assist individuals facing personal challenges such as preparing for medical procedures, supporting injured athletes through recovery, and Managing stress-related conditions like IBS, shy bladder syndrome, and voice disorders. During the pandemic, I worked closely with essential workers, helping them build resilience and navigate extreme stress. I also collaborate with organisations to support employees in regulating their nervous systems, managing anxiety, and building confidence, particularly in performance-driven settings like one-on-one meetings, group discussions, panels, presentations, and conferences.

Sessions

Sessions are available in Bristol and London, with online options for local, national and international clients. If you’d like to be notified when sessions in Bath resume, just let me know – I’d be happy to update you. For those who find movement beneficial to their therapeutic process, I offer walking and talking therapy, providing a dynamic, flexible setting. Each session is tailored to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
